Any house from Moon and it's placement in a house tells us about the 'Chandra Kundli' also known as the 'Moon Chart'. Though not precise as the 'Lagna Kundli' or the 'Ascendant Chart', still it provides us with very insightful & introspective prediction & judgement about our self.
How would you observe a Moon Chart or a Chandra Kundli?
If you are familiar with the way of reading a lagna kundli then, it is going to be very easy for you.
Instead of your ascendant, you have to observe the lord & positioning of the planet from your Moon sign.
Example
If your Moon sign is Taurus then your 1st house & 6th house is ruled by Venus (ruler of Taurus & Libra), 2nd & 5th house by Mercury (ruler of Gemini & Virgo), 3rd house by Moon, 4th house by Sun. 7th & 12th house by Mars, 8th & 11th by Jupiter, 9th & 10th house by Saturn.
